Chad serves as Pastor of Administration and Missions, providing leadership in church operations, financial oversight, staff support, ministry engagement, and missions strategy. He guides budgeting, stewardship, communication, planning, and ministry coordination while developing local, national, and international missions’ opportunities. He works with the Senior Pastor and church leadership to strengthen ministry teams and advance the church’s mission with clarity and care. Chad and his wife, Holly, also lead the college group, investing in young adults through discipleship, connection, and community.
Chad brings broad ministry experience through pastoral leadership, Business as Missions, church committee service, local outreach, and international missions. He has served through BAM (Business as Missions) teams, advisory and building teams, small groups, marriage groups, business groups, pre-marriage classes, pastoral search support, interim pastoral support, weddings, and funerals. His missions work throughout Latin America, and the Middle East includes church partnerships, orphan care, construction, community development, disaster relief, and volunteer team leadership development.
Chad’s business background strengthens his ministry leadership through experience in organizational management, strategic planning, team development, operations, communication, and partnership building. As a founder, president, and CEO, he has led vision development, supported staff growth, managed compliance, and built systems that promote long-term health and effectiveness. That experience supports clear direction, strong stewardship, healthy structures, and dependable Shepherding Servant Leadership that serves both people and mission.
Chad holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership in Christian Ministry and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in Christian Leadership, both from Colorado Christian University.
Chad has been married to his wife, Holly, for 26 years, and together they have built a family centered on faith, love, service, and missions. They are grateful for their three adult children, Johnathan, Abigayle, and Emally, their son-in-law, Paul-Andrew, and their grandchild, Granger. Chad and Holly treasure family as one of God’s greatest blessings and his first ministry.
