Ryan serves as Director of First Baptist Preschool, providing Christ-centered leadership, daily administration, and operational oversight for the church’s preschool ministry. She works with church leadership to support a safe, nurturing, high-quality learning environment while overseeing staff coordination, enrollment, compliance, communication, budgeting support, and family engagement. She also helps ensure the preschool reflects the mission and values of First Baptist Church of Americus by integrating faith into the educational experience and building strong relationships with families, staff, and the church community.
Ryan brings a strong background in early childhood education, school administration, and customer service, with experience in classroom teaching, preschool leadership, human resources support, and financial operations. She has served as Preschool Director, Director of Administration, Kindergarten Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, and Retail Team Lead, developing expertise in staff leadership, parent communication, enrollment, payroll and billing, compliance, budgeting, and daily operations. Her work reflects a consistent ability to create organized, welcoming environments where children, families, and staff can thrive.
Ryan is passionate about helping young children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually while building strong partnerships with families and staff. She is committed to fostering safe, Christ-centered learning environments where excellence, compassion, and structure support each child’s development. Her professional journey reflects a heart for service and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and the broader school community.
Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University.
